About
The person you hire is the person who builds it.
I'm devlynk — a developer who ended up fluent in GoHighLevel, full-stack software, AI video and affiliate marketing because clients kept needing all four. No agency layer, no account manager, no mystery invoices.

How I got here
Four skills, one reason.
I started building funnels and automations for small service businesses. They worked, so clients asked for software the CRM couldn't do. The software worked, so they asked how to get traffic to it. Traffic meant video, and video at volume meant AI. Now the four feed each other: I can build the system, the tool, the content and the campaign without four vendors blaming each other.
Everything is priced the same way: written scope, fixed number, explicit exclusions. My quote engine exists because the worst part of hiring a developer is the week of back-and-forth before anyone says a price. It asks the questions I would ask, and it isn't allowed to invent numbers — every total is checked against my published rate card on the server.
I take on a limited number of builds at a time. That's deliberate. It's also why I'll tell you when something isn't a fit instead of taking the deposit.
How I work
- Written scope before any payment
- Progress visible in your portal, not in status meetings
- You get the code, snapshots and accounts — full ownership
- Direct messaging with me, not a ticket queue
- If I'm not the right builder, I'll say so on day one
What I won't do
- Promise results I can't influence
- Quote without understanding the scope
- Build something I can't document and hand over
- Promote a product I haven't personally tested
Next step
Want to know if I'm the right fit?
Start a quote — the interview itself will tell you how I think about your project. Or message me first and ask anything.
