1. Quotes and scope
Quotes are generated from your brief and the answers you give during the AI interview, then priced against the published rate card. A quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise on the quote itself.
The deliverables and exclusions listed on the quote are the agreed scope. Anything not listed is out of scope and will be quoted separately before it is built.
2. Payment
Payment is accepted in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network only. You send the payment to the wallet address shown at checkout and submit the transaction hash or a screenshot as proof.
Payments are verified manually. Work begins after verification. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network; funds sent on other networks may be unrecoverable.
Where a deposit option is offered, work starts on the deposit and final files or access transfer on payment of the balance.
3. Timelines and revisions
Timelines start from verified payment and from receipt of any content, access or credentials required from you. Delays in providing those extend the timeline accordingly.
Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope are included unless the quote states otherwise. Additional rounds or changes of direction are quoted separately.
4. Ownership and licensing
On final payment, ownership of the delivered work — code, snapshots, video files and assets — transfers to you.
I retain the right to describe the work in general terms in a portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party tools, subscriptions and stock licences remain subject to their own vendors' terms and are your responsibility to maintain.
5. Accounts and access keys
When you pay, an account is created automatically with a generated username and access key, and your browser is signed in. You are responsible for storing those credentials.
Anyone holding your access key can see your orders, files and messages. Add a contact email in your dashboard so recovery is possible if the key is lost.
6. Results and liability
I do not guarantee business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, views or conversions, which depend on factors outside a build.
Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected project. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is payable, and any unearned balance is refundable per the refund policy.
I may decline or cancel a project that turns out to be illegal, abusive, or materially different from the brief provided.
